By accessing or using YTVoice.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YTVoice.ai is a text-to-speech (TTS) platform that allows users to generate AI voiceovers for content creation purposes, including but not limited to YouTube videos. The Service provides:

  • AI-powered text-to-speech synthesis
  • Multiple voice options and languages
  • Audio file generation and download
  • Balance-based usage (measured in hours/seconds)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Verify your email address to activate your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Payments and Refunds

The Service offers paid packages with balance measured in voiceover time (hours/seconds).

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (cryptocurrency and card payments)
  • Balance is non-transferable between accounts
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no balance has been used
  • Unused balance does not expire as long as your account remains active

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Create deepfakes or misleading audio content designed to deceive
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

Audio content generated through the Service may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including YouTube videos. The underlying AI models, voices, and Service technology remain the property of YTVoice.ai and its licensors.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform maintenance with or without prior notice
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Limit usage during high-demand periods

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YTVoice.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
